Your Gift Card(s) will arrive via email from SquadUP. Please check your spam folder if they do not appear, and please note that it may take a few minutes for the Gift Cards to arrive.

How someone redeems a Digital Comedy Arena Gift Card:

1. Navigate to the event schedule and/or calendar, and select the event(s) you would like to attend. Please note, SOLD OUT events will not accept the gift card as payment, and the gift card may NOT be redeemed for cash

2. Click the "GET TICKETS" button on the event of your choice and add your selected ticket quantity to your cart. Repeat this process for each event you would like to attend.

3. Once you have added all tickets to your cart, view your cart by clicking the "CHECKOUT" button

4. AT CHECKOUT, enter your unique gift card code beginning with “TCA_” (found on the attached PDF that's been sent with the confirmation email, just below the barcode) within the Promotional Code field and click APPLY. Repeat for each event in your cart until the gift card funds have been exhausted.

5. Enter all requested information and answer all disclaimer questions.

6. If your order total has exceeded your gift card amount, you will need to provide a credit card to pay the remaining balance and finalize your purchase. Your gift card can be used for multiple transactions until the full value has been redeemed.

7. The recipient will then receive a confirmation confirming their event purchase.

8. They attend, have a great time, and shower the gift giver with gratitude for such a thoughtful, unique gift!

Terms and Conditions:

Gift card purchases (tickets or classes) are non-refundable, however they are transferrable. If you want to apply them to a different recipient, you can contact us to make the change.

Gift Cards can be used for any show/event, however, some shows may be unique events and are not eligible for comp vouchers or gift cards. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash. Once gift cards are redeemed/reserved with a name + event, The Comedy Arena can no longer swap or refund those tickets. All shows denote what age group they are appropriate for.

The Comedy Arena classes are for ages 18 and older. Gift Cards can be applied to any class priced at $250 and cannot be combined with any other offers or sales. Classes typically last 6-weeks. Recipients signing up for a class agree with all of the terms, conditions, and requirements of that class. Once gift cards are redeemed/reserved with a name + class, The Comedy Arena can no longer swap or refund those tickets.

It may take a day or two to getting your coupon code entered into the system so it's recommended to buy your gift cards in advance if possible.
